These Terms of Service explain the basic terms for using the TerrainIntent website and services. By using this website, submitting a voice check-in or baseline intake, requesting a service, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. TerrainIntent services

TerrainIntent provides educational and exploratory terrain-mapping services. These may include voice check-ins, baseline intake review, written reflections, Terrain Map Reviews, and Guided Terrain Mentoring.

Current service options may include:

• €35 Terrain Guide Reflection
• €70 Terrain Map Review
• €180/month Guided Terrain Mentoring
• Custom follow-up support where agreed

2. Educational use only

TerrainIntent does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, disease-prevention guidance, disease monitoring, emergency support, or a promise of outcome.

TerrainIntent does not replace qualified medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, or other professional care. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

3. No emergency use

Do not use TerrainIntent for emergencies, urgent symptoms, crisis situations, or decisions requiring immediate professional care. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

4. Intake-first workflow

TerrainIntent may use an intake-first workflow. This means you may be asked to complete a voice check-in and baseline intake before the best service level is confirmed.

Some payment links may be available directly on the website. The service is still based on the information you provide through your voice check-in, baseline intake, and related communication.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment method. By making payment, you agree to the price and service description shown at the time of payment.

TerrainIntent does not store your full credit card details. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider.

6. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the service level and the completeness of the information submitted.

Typical delivery windows:

• Terrain Guide Reflection: usually within 24 hours after payment confirmation
• Terrain Map Review: usually within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation
• Guided Terrain Mentoring: weekly written support plus monthly summary

Delivery is generally provided by email unless another method is agreed.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Because TerrainIntent services involve manual review, preparation, and written work, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

If a payment is made in error, contact TerrainIntent as soon as possible. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

For monthly mentoring, cancellation terms may depend on whether the monthly cycle has already started and whether work has already been delivered.

8. Client responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your ability. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow, ignore, discuss, or adapt any educational observations with the help of your own qualified professionals.

9. Communication

TerrainIntent may communicate with you by email or another method you provide. Response times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

10. Voice files and submissions

If you submit a voice file, written note, intake form, or supporting information, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that you consent to TerrainIntent reviewing it for the purpose of providing the requested service.

11. Intellectual property

TerrainIntent materials, reports, language, templates, and written content are provided for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. They may not be copied, resold, republished, or used to create a competing service without written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

TerrainIntent provides educational and exploratory support. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TerrainIntent is not responsible for decisions, actions, outcomes, losses, or consequences arising from your use of the website, services, or written materials.

13. Changes to these terms

TerrainIntent may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
